ok found the issue..seems like it was from nod32 antirvirus...had to disable application protocol content filtering from the web and mail tab->protocol filtering

Same here my patch just freezes and after a few seconds it say's client update was unsuccesful and i get a long exception note..so long it wouldnt fit in this post
